Thus you know that any innovation in religion is false and fabricated. As for heresy in the world's problems then there is no ban on it as long as not contrary to the basis set out in religious [3]. The rules in this regard by scholars as Ibn Taymiyyah said was: "Surely human deeds are divided to: First, the worship that they make as a religion, which is useful for them in the afterlife or useful in the world and the hereafter. Second, the custom which is useful in their lives. The rule of law was originally in the forms of worship not disyari'atkan except what Allah has prescribed. While the origin of the customary law is not prohibited except what God has forbidden. "

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in Al-qawa'id An-Nuraniyah Al-Fiqhiyah (p. 22) says, "The custom is something that humans can do in world affairs related to their needs, and the legal origin of the problem is not restricted . So there should not be prohibited except that which God has forbidden. Because the real rule is right and forbid prerogratif God. So worship must be based on orders. Then how something that is not commanded in hukumi as being banned?
Therefore, Imam Ahmad and other scholars of fiqh hadith scholars say, that the legal origin of the worship is tauqifi (based on the proposition). So, worship is not prescribed unless the provisions of God, is if there is no provision from Him the perpetrators, including those in the word of God.
"It means: Do they have allies who mensyari'atkan to their religion which Allah allowed not?" [Ash-treaties: 21]
While legal origin in indigenous issues is inexcusable (fine). So, should not be prohibited except that God forbidden.

Yusuf Al-Qaradawi of Al-Halal wal Haram fil Islam (p.21) said, "The customs and muamalah, it is not God's originators, but men that trigger and interact with it, is God come to fix, straighten and build and set them on a time in things that are not cloudy mafsadat and harm ".
