The smell of my ambush when setting foot on the island of Sumba, for the first time. Airports Tambolaka mingled smells like flowers and leaves of forest. This Sumba, where savannas fenced beach and blue sky. Sumba, a land of Rato, where blood was spilled to deliver souls.
The first city that I go named Waikabubak, the capital of West Sumba district. This city is one hour drive from the airport Tambolaka. Waikabubak many recommended by the fans of the trip as a heading to explore the West Sumba and the surrounding region.
After placing the bag in the hotel, I'll get around the city armed with a piece of the map. The first objective is to find food stalls, which I found after walking some distance from the inn. I subsequently learned that the diner is a rare commodity in Sumba. They only exist in some of the city, the rest is on the terminal or main roadside stopover.
Not far from the road Bhayangkara which is the main road, there are three indigenous villages namely Tarung village, villages and hamlets Waitabar Klembung Prai. Although located in the center of the three village residents still adhere to traditional beliefs. Ascend a bit, I found a collection of wooden houses with thatched roofed tomb stones around it.
This traditional house has three parts. The very bottom is the abode of pets such as buffalo, pigs, goats and chickens. On it was the family residence. Villagers told me that once, one house can accommodate 60 people who sleep around the hearth.
In the middle of the custom house there is a fireplace that is always lit. Above the fireplace hanging food storage boxes that have been cooked, so do not eat animals that freely roam in the house. The fire also keeps food warm and durable.
The third part is the roof of the house. Sumba traditional roofs towering, can be up to 8 meters. On the roof there is a room that is used to store food reserves. Tools ceremony also usually stored here.
The inhabitants of the village are very friendly to invite me to chat. They were surprised when I explained that I had come alone from Jakarta, and then greeted me with the title "lady's sister." Residents talk about marapu village, traditional religion of Sumba. Marapu is confidence in the world of spirits which have great impact in human life that are still alive. Although worship ancestral spirits, does not mean adherent Marapu no God.
Marapu adherents believe in the supreme creator who heard and saw all that he did against the spirit causing manusia.Pemujaan funeral into things that are important to adherents marapu. They believe that the person who died must be escorted to the nature spirits with considerable ceremony. If not, his spirit will hover so as to endanger his family and others.
Funeral ceremonies involve the sacrifice of animals in large numbers. Dozens of buffalo, horses and pigs must be slaughtered to complete the ceremony. The body then placed in the grave or the grave stone. Although residents are now so many have embraced the Christian religion, the ceremony is still performed. Some bodies also remain buried with grave stones bearing the cross.
In the village, as well as in town, I see many people bearing the machete. Apparently the natives used to sheathe machete Sumba sharply to the waist, wherever they go. I met a father who proudly told the story about began to attack. He claimed to have used machetes to kill people. "But that was before. Now bring machetes be one way to keep my custom," said the father.
Blood and war is not foreign to the natives of Sumba. It is said that in ancient times, villagers have a habit of beheading and skinning opponent who lost in the war between tribes. This village had a human skin-covered drums. Unfortunately I can not see it because of the small drum is just out at traditional ceremonies. Until now, inter-tribal wars still occur for various reasons, among others scramble tanah.Suasana border village crowded with mothers who weave cloth on the front porch. These fabrics are made with simple tools and decorated with traditional symbols merapu. A sheet of woven fabric takes one to two weeks and will be sold starting price of USD 50 thousand. The villagers seem accustomed to the arrival of tourists, who will be asked to sign the guest book and giving donations. Children will be greeted cheerfully, in hopes of getting a piece of candy.

The difference between customary and religious
Here is an important sub-studies that would refute the opinion of those who would shallow intellect and knowledge, and if they are heretics or worship make challenged and criticized, while those who think doing good, they answered: "So this is a bid ' ah! Then heresy cars, electric heresy, and heresy hour! "
Some people who earn less than the science of fiqh sometimes feel more intelligent than expert scholars Sunnah and those who follow the Sunnah by saying to them as a denial of reprimand those who say that the new charity that he did it while he declared heresy that "the origin of everything is allowed".
Such phrases do not come out of them but because of ignorance about the rules of distinction between indigenous and worship. Indeed terseubut rules revolve around the two hadith.
First: The word of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
"It means: Whoever did the new in the affairs (of religion) we are not in it, then the charity is rejected".
This hadith has been mentioned takhrij and syarahnya at length.
Second: The word of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the event of crossing the palm pollen is very famous.
"It means: You're more aware about the various affairs of your world"
This hadith found in Saheeh Muslim (1366) incorporated into the chapter with the title: "Chapter Mandatory Following words of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam In Shari'ah Issues Mentioned And The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam Based on the Opinions About the Life of This World", and this is meticulous preparation of the chapter
On this basis, the actual penghalalan and pengharaman, the determination of the shari'ah, the forms of worship and explain the amount, method and time-time, and put the general rules in muamalah is the only right of Allah and His Messenger and do not have rights to ulil amri in it. While we and they are the same in that regard. So we should not refer to them in case of dispute. But we have to restore all of it to Allah and His Messenger.
As for other forms of world affairs so they are more aware than we are. As agricultural scientists more aware of what is more serious benefits in developing agriculture. So if they issue a decision relating to agriculture, the people must obey them in that respect. The experts met to trade matters relating to the affairs of trade.
Actually return something to the people in charge of the common good is like to have a doctor in knowing that dangerous foods to avoid and which benefit from it to be a meal. This does not mean that the doctor is a benefit that justifies or forbids food that harm food. But the only real doctors as mentors is that justifies and the forbidden is what determines the shari'ah (Allah and His Rsul), Word.
"It means: And justifies those good things and forbids for them all the bad things" [Al-Araf: 157].
Thus you know that any innovation in religion is false and fabricated. As for heresy in the world's problems then there is no ban on it as long as not contrary to the basis set out in religious [3]. So, God allows you to create what you want in world affairs and how to produce that you want. But you should pay attention to rules of justice and deter mafsadah forms and bring serious benefits forms. "
The rules in this regard by scholars as Ibn Taymiyyah said was: "Surely human deeds are divided to: First, the worship that they make as a religion, which is useful for them in the afterlife or useful in the world and the hereafter. Second, the custom which is useful in their lives. The rule of law was originally in the forms of worship not disyari'atkan except what Allah has prescribed. While the origin of the customary law is not prohibited except what God has forbidden. "
From the description above appears clearly that there is no innovation in indigenous issues, production and all means of public life. "
It is as stated by Shaykh Mahmud Syaltut very good in his book, Al-Bid'ah Asabbuha wa Madharruha (p. 12-by tahqiq me), and I have commented as follows, "Those things are nothing to do with nature worship. But it must be considered from the bottom, whether he is prohibited by law or shariah-law entered in it. "
Here there is a very accurate description signaled by Imam Syathibi in a long study in Al-I'tisham (II/73-98) which in the end stated, "Surely things relating to the terms of the indigenous cultures, then there is no heresy in it. But if the custom made as worship or put in places of worship then it becomes heresy. "
Thus, "not any that does not exist at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and have not existed in the Khulafa Rasyidin called heresy. For any new and useful knowledge for the human being must be learned by some Muslims to be their strength and can increase the existence of Muslims.
Indeed innovation is something new created by humans in the forms of worship only. While that is not the issue of worship and not contrary to the rules of shari'ah is not heretical at all "
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in Al-qawa'id An-Nuraniyah Al-Fiqhiyah (p. 22) says, "The custom is something that humans can do in world affairs related to their needs, and the legal origin of the problem is not restricted . So there should not be prohibited except that which God has forbidden. Because the real rule is right and forbid prerogratif God. So worship must be based on orders. Then how something that is not commanded in hukumi as being banned?
Therefore, Imam Ahmad and other scholars of fiqh hadith scholars say, that the legal origin of the worship is tauqifi (based on the proposition). So, worship is not prescribed unless the provisions of God, is if there is no provision from Him the perpetrators, including those in the word of God.
"It means: Do they have allies who mensyari'atkan to their religion which Allah allowed not?" [Ash-treaties: 21]
While legal origin in indigenous issues is inexcusable (fine). So, should not be prohibited except that God forbidden.
"It means: Say. Explain to me about the provision which Allah has sent down unto you, then you make some unlawful and (some things) lawful. 'Say,' What God has given permission to you (about it) or did you invent anything against God? "[Yunus: 59]
This is a great rule that is very useful.
Yusuf Al-Qaradawi of Al-Halal wal Haram fil Islam (p.21) said, "The customs and muamalah, it is not God's originators, but men that trigger and interact with it, is God come to fix, straighten and build and set them on a time in things that are not cloudy mafsadat and harm ".
By knowing these rules, it would seem I set up the laws against a variety of new events, so it will not blend between tradition and worship and there is no vagueness innovation with new discoveries in the present. Where each has its own form and each have their own laws.

The birth of Prophet Jesus
Based on the Quran, the Prophet Isa Al-Masih was born under a principal almonds (dates) at a place called Bethlehem, Palestinian. Considered miraculous birth of Jesus, told in a few verses in the Qur'an. In the Islamic story mentioned the arrival of the angel told Mary that unlicensed mengkhabarkan he will soon give birth to a son (see re verse 45 surah Ali Imran in the early portion of the article). Mary then surprised and replied to the angel that unlicensed he never even touched a man. Gabriel then said:
Gabriel said, "This. " Your Lord says: "It is easy for Me and for can we make a sign for mankind and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter that has been decided". (Qur'an sura Maryam verse 21)
... Glory to Him. If He has set up something, then He just said to him: "Be", so be it. (Qur'an sura Maryam verse 35)
Several other verses related to the birth of Jesus, among others:
Indeed instance (creation) 'Isa in Allah's sight is like (creation) Adam. God created Adam from dust, then God said to him: "Be" (a man), so be it. (Ali Imran 3:59)
And (remember) Mary, who has maintained her dignity, and We breathed into (the body), his spirit of Us and We made her and her son a sign (the power of God) is great for all creatures (Surah Al Anbiyaa 'verse 21)

Basic beliefs of Islam about the Prophet Isa
Some held the belief that Muslims about Jesus, among others:
* Salasilah prophet Jesus to come than the prophet Abraham through his son Isaac
* Jesus is one of the prophets who belong Ulul Azmi, the prophets and apostles who have a higher rank / privilege together with (the Holy Prophet, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Musa and Prophet Nuh as).
* Jesus was sent to the house of Israel
* Jesus was not God mahupun child of God, but rather one of a human being who was appointed prophets and apostles, as well as any other prophet who is sent on the individual.
* The birth of Jesus happened by magic, without the biological father, upon the power of God. His mother (Mary) is from a class of their sacred and still a virgin and draw closer to God.
* Jesus has some miracle of God's power. In addition to the birth, the king is able to talk when he was only a few days, Jesus speak and defend her mother from accusations penzinaan. In the Qur'an also tells the story of the king turned the dead, heal the blind and the hairpiece.
* Jesus received revelations from God through the gospel (referring to New Testament Christianity), but the version that is owned by Kristian at this time people believed to have been ditokok added from the original version. Some opinions in Islam states that unlicensed version of the Gospel Gospel of Barnabas is the most divergent of the Gospel which is updated every time at this time.
* Jesus was not killed mahupun crucified, God makes it look like it to mengelapkan enemies. There are some opinions that say that free one of his enemies, Yahudza likened to him, while Jesus himself was appointed on to heaven and his enemy who was likened to a person who was crucified. While other accounts (such as Ahmad Deedat) said that unlicensed Jesus really die on the cross but not until later raised to heaven. There is also another opinion that says that unlicensed by the soldiers who crucified Jesus, but the Rom is not Judas Iscariot.
* Jesus is alive and is in heaven, one day the king will come back to earth to fight the Dajjal (or the Antichrist in Christianity) and is one of the signs of doomsday nearby.
* Jesus is not the sin of man, Islam rejected the concept of sin and embrace the concept that free derivative of every human being is responsible and will stand trial for his own actions.

Jesus
Isa (عيسى) is an important prophet in Islam. In the Holy Qur'an, he held Ibni Maryam Isa or Isa al-Masih. The word is thought to have originated from the Aramaic, Eesho or Eesaa. Jesus Christ is the name commonly used by pengganut Kristian used to call it, while Kristian Arabs call it with Yasu 'al-Masih (يسوع المسيح).
Following the Qur'an, a descendant of Jesus began with the birth of Mary, daughter of Imran namely, to continue with the growth in the care of Zakariya, and the birth of Yahya. Then the Quran tells the miracle birth of Jesus as the son of Mary without a father.
(Remember) when the angels said: O Mary, Allah encouraging you (with the birth of a son who was created) with the sentence (which come) from Him, his name is Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, a leader in the world and the Hereafter and including those brought near (to Allah) (Qur'an letter Ali Imran verse 45)
The story of Jesus and then continued with his appointment as a messenger of God, refusal by the Children of Israel and ending with his appointment to heaven.

Is it true that Prophet Jesus crucified?
Who was the crucified, Prophet Jesus or his disciples?
Book Al-Quran has clearly stated that unlicensed they never kill the prophet Jesus, not even crucify him. They kill or they cross it is another person who was likened to the face of the prophet Jesus' upon whom be peace.
And as people Kurani, we must take offense with an attitude committed by a Christian brother. This kerana they have made a very fatal lie, saying that unlicensed they had killed or crucified.
Moreover, until there is a story of Prophet Jesus walking on the road with barbed wire, carry the cross, added to the story of atonement. Of course all the story was clearly contrary to the ultimate truth, both according to historians especially according to the Quran.
In the Al-Quran, clearly stated that unlicensed prophet Jesus was never crucified by anyone. And also he was never killed.
and kerana their saying, "We killed the Messiah, 'Isa son of Maryam, Messenger of God", but they did not kill him and not crucified, but someone who was likened to Jesus for them. Those who quarreled about Jesus, is really in doubt about who killed it. They do not have a belief about who killed him, except to follow mere conjecture, they do not believe that unlicensed and they killed it was' Isa. (Surah An-Nisa ': 157)
This verse suggests with no cover, that unlicensed all just a lie, a fantasy, imagination and stories that are not clear ancestral origins. At least there is never a saheeh chain history point which should be back on those stories.
If we compare with the science of hadith criticism of our religion, history about the crucifixion of Jesus is like the hadith prophet who da'eef jiddan (very weak), the title perawinya akdzabunnas (man most falsely) that would never pass in the selection of al-jarhu watta ' dil. Even isnaad is disconnected, alian munqathi 'or else mursal.
Even according to other hadith scholars have classified hadith may maudhu '(false). And in Islam, it is definitely false hadith categorically rejected, let alone used, would not be visited.
But unfortunately, our brother kerana Christian religion that does not have a system of hadith criticism as we have, so the stories of different versions out devastated their religious history, even to the most fundamental areas, namely the problem aqidah.
So every year when our brethren died commemorate the day Jesus Christ, we as Muslims will be proud, we've got science kerana hadith criticism. So all the story, a story or narration unclear accountability jawabnnya, will never be allowed to enter into the religious teachings of Islam.
And the science of hadith criticism was already proved his ability for 14 centuries is to maintain the purity of this religion from a variety of stories that are not clear Hayal tip base. And the tragedy of lack of clarity is the source of the greatest tragedies that befell two divine religions, Christian and Jewish.
But as Muslims, we are still obliged to respect what became of their beliefs. We must never interfere with what else menghalagi what they do. But the name discussion, dialogue and study of history rather than means to be stopped.
At least we'll say that free you please just make different versions of the story, but we saranana for your religion not abandoned by the adherents, create stories that have cubalah accountability Reply Ilmiyah. Since the more honest we are on history, the more it will make people believe the truth of our religion.
Conversely, the more we have no concern for historical authenticity, then people will increasingly abandon what we dakwahi.
So Who the crucified
Al-Quran does not expressly identify who crucified. Which affirmed the Koran was that it was not the prophet who crucified Jesus' upon whom be peace. Al-Quran confirms that unlicensed, he was appointed to his side.
But God has raised Jesus to him. And Allah is Mighty, Wise. (Surah An-Nisa ': 158)
So there are a variety of history about the person who was crucified. Sebahagian history says that unlicensed who crucified Jesus was a disciple of the prophet that is most like him. His disciples who narrated this amounted to only 12 people competing to be the change, claiming to be prophet Jesus to protect their teacher.
But in another history, the crucifixion was a man named Judas Eskariot, a Jew who was likened by the prophet of Allah SWT be like Jesus.
And there are so many other versions. But that is true, certainly the crucified or killed was not a prophet of Jesus' upon whom be peace. Thus beliefs about atonement that is not recognized in all divine religions treatise, clearly did not find irrelevant.
Beliefs about penance came from European nations of ancient beliefs, when religion was later taken there. Or incorporated by Paul who was too much to change the religion into a new religion, which is almost 100% irrespective of the original religion that Allah sent down.
Even a Michael Hart who are not Muslims even explicitly stated that unlicensed Paul (Paul?) Was actually the founder of Christianity today, and not the prophet Jesus. Kerana the basics of that religion at this day, is no longer the same as those brought by the prophet Jesus.
In his book 100: A Ranking of the Most Influental Person in History, Michael Hart wrote:
"The influence of Paul in the development of Christian Religion can be measured by three things. First, the triumph of magnitude in the spread of religion. Second, his writings that make up an important portion-portion of the New Testament. Third, its role in the development of theology Kristian.
Of the 27 books of the New Testament, no less than 14 associated with the services Paul. Although modern scientists think 4 or 5 books of the 14 were written by someone else, but no doubt that free Paul was the most important person in peribadi wrote the New Testament.
Effect of Paul in the fields of theology Kristian really indescribable magnitude. Idea-idea include the following: Jesus is not just a prophet but also sacred. Jesus died for our sins and misery to free us. Humans can not escape from the sins simply by mencuba execute the commands listed in the Gospel, but should only be by way of receiving Jesus soul.
Conversely, when people receive and believe in Jesus, his sins will be forgiven. Paul also explains its doctrines of sin (see Romans 5: 12:19). "
In another page, Michael Hart added:
"Paul, more than other people, responsible for the transition of the Christian Religion Jewish tribe become the world's great religions. The central idea of the sanctity of Jesus and recognition based on trust alone remains the rationale Kristian throughout the centuries that followed. "
So, let us build a better dialogue and discussion Ilmiyah, not just blind faith, but faith-literate with historical reality.
And Allaah 'lam bishshawab, wassalamu alaikum Warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Book Al-Quran has clearly stated that unlicensed they never kill the prophet Jesus, not even crucify him. They kill or they cross it is another person who was likened to the face of the prophet Jesus' upon whom be peace.
